Race Pack Collection

Collect your race pack early to avoid any last-minute rush:

What to bring:

Your Check-in Pass (QR code sent via email on Thursday, 30/1/2025).
Valid ID for verification.

Race Day: Start and Corrals

📍 Location: D3 District

The mass start for both RACE (101km) and RIDE (50 km) will take place at 6:45 AM on Sunday, 2/2/2025.

Riders will be assigned to one of 4 starting corrals (A, B, C, D) based on their average speed. Information about your assigned corral will be shared next week.

Family Fun: Kids Race & Family Ride

📍 Location: Expo Village Park

Cycling is for everyone, and we’re excited to offer activities that bring families together.

Kids Race
Our youngest champions will take center stage in the Kids Race—a celebration of energy and joy! Whether it’s their first time racing or another step in their cycling journey, it’s an event to inspire us all.

Category A: 300 m (Born 2020–2022) – Start: 9:00
Category B: 900 m (Born 2017–2019) – Start: 9:10
Category C: 1800 m (Born 2014–2016) – Start: 9:20

Family Ride
Join your loved ones for a relaxed, fun-filled cycling experience on a 5 km urban loop. Ride up to 4 laps (20 km total)or stop whenever you feel like it. This ride is all about spending quality time together on the bike!

Start Time: 9:30

How to Place Your Race Numbers

Ensure your race numbers are properly placed for identification:

Front of your bike (handlebars): Securely attach your race plate using the ties provided.
Back of your cycling jersey: Pin your number securely.
Under the saddle: Attach the designated sticker.

Parking Information

Expo Village / Finish Area: Free parking is available at Expo Village Park.
Start Area (D3 District): Free parking is available at D3 Parking.

Race Day Logistics

Personal Belongings Transport
We’ll ensure your belongings get from the start to the finish line:

Time: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Location: Drop off at the organizational vehicle near the starting area.
Items will be securely transported to the finish line at Expo Village for collection after the race.

Shuttle Services

Start to Finish (for fans): A shuttle will transport fans from the starting area to the finish line at Expo Village after the race begins. Departure times and locations will be announced soon.
Finish to Start (post-race): Starting at 11:00 AM, shuttles will transport riders, fans, and bicycles from Expo Village back to D3 District.
