Human Performance Centre Prepares You for L'Etape Slovenia

We all want to be in the best shape possible for the sporting event we are preparing for.

We all want to be in the best shape possible for the sporting event we are preparing for. That’s why we are thrilled to have teamed up with the Human Performance Centre, which has prepared articles on nutrition and training tips for all participants, regularly published on our channels. Now, we have taken it a step further. Cycling experts have created a training plan for all participants to achieve the best possible fitness by the event day.

The training plan

The training plan is divided into two groups:

  • one for those who see participation in L'Etape Slovenia as an unforgettable experience, and
  • one for the more dedicated riders who will compete against themselves and others to achieve the best possible result.

The program is designed so that it can be used without any power or heart rate measurement tools, allowing cyclists to rely primarily on their own feelings while riding. On the other hand, the program is also designed to accommodate those who have all the measurement tools.
